TRANSFORM combines three full-day specialist delivery visits with student leadership development, staff reinforcement, senior leadership reviews and staged evaluation. Elevate Youth aims to break the barriers to learning through creating resilience, increasing awareness of consequences, building self-esteem and confidence, improving behaviour, enhancing social skills and improving mindsets towards education, life and themselves.
Elevate Youth help young people overcome the obstacles they face both in and outside of school, by equipping them with the tools and techniques to make positive choices, take responsibility for their actions and achieve success.
